To join our award-winning independent care home in Swaffham, Remedicare is seeking an Activities Coordinator with experience and passion for caring.
This 70-bed facility offers excellent care to its residents, assisting them with various complex care needs while also creating a cozy and secure living space.
Annual salary: £25,500
Hours: 37.5 hours
Shift Pattern: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Requirements for our Activities Coordinator:
* Minimum of 1 years' experience working as an Activities Coordinator or Well Being Lead in a Care Setting within the UK (essential)
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (optional)
Key Responsibilities of an Activities Coordinator:
* Create weekly/monthly schedules with a range of engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests, abilities, and care needs.
* Encourage participation through both group and one-to-one sessions, supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
* Conduct risk assessments and follow safeguarding and health protocols to provide a safe, accessible environment for all residents
