Remote (UK-based)
We’re working with a leading consultancy firm who are seeking a part-qualified or qualified Actuarial Consultant to join their growing pensions team, specialising in GMP equalisation and benefit rectification projects. This remote role offers the chance to work on high-profile initiatives for a wide range of pension schemes across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support GMP equalisation/conversion and benefit rectification projects
* Act as a client contact, attending meetings and providing expert advice
* Review work from junior colleagues, offering guidance and mentorship
* Manage workflows to ensure timely project delivery
* Collaborate with wider teams and provide technical input as needed
What You’ll Need:
* Part-qualified or qualified actuary (or equivalent experience)
* Solid experience in pensions actuarial work, including GMP-related projects
* Strong understanding of pensions legislation and best practice
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
* Experience with modelling tools (e.g., PFaroe) is a plus
