We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator with excellent communication and Administrational skills and experience to work for our client based in the Sittingbourne area.
The role will be varied and will be a mixture of Customer Service, Administration and Order Processing and will be varied. You will be the first point of contact with calls coming in to the office and you will be dealing with and forwarding on as appropriate. You will be processing orders onto the IT system and will also match the paperwork to the relevant orders.
You must have excellent IT skills as well as a confident telephone manner and have previous office administrational experience.
The hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and this will be a temporary role with an immediate start.
