Summary:
The role of Administrator involves providing comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of office systems and site management tasks. Key responsibilities include scanning and uploading delivery notes and relevant documentation to shared drives, obtaining quotes from suppliers, and coordinating orders with the procurement team. The Administrator will compile data for various reports, manage routine inspections for safety equipment, and liaise with security providers for coverage during weekends and bank holidays. Additional duties consist of managing SMS inspections, transferring completed documentation to designated folders, maintaining communication with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
