Job Description

Contract Type: Summary: The role of Administrator involves providing comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of office systems and site management tasks. Key responsibilities include scanning and uploading delivery notes and relevant documentation to shared drives, obtaining quotes from suppliers, and coordinating orders with the procurement team. The Administrator will compile data for various reports, manage routine inspections for safety equipment, and liaise with security providers for coverage during weekends and bank holidays. Additional duties consist of managing SMS inspections, transferring completed documentation to designated folders, maintaining communication with suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping. Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with accurate data processing Ability to prioritise tasks effectively Proficient in document management and filing systems Capable of liaising with suppliers and stakeholders Problem-solving skills and initiative Knowledge of health and safety regulations Experience in managing routine inspections and safety equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Software/Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Document management systems SAP or similar ERP systems Certifications & Standards: Knowledge of Health and Safety standards Familiarity with data protection and confidentiality standards
