My client, an M&E subcontractor, is looking for an administrator to join them on a contract basis on-site in Stevenage. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience.
Main duties:
* Performing general administrative duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
* Assist in coordinating internal and external communications.
* Maintain and update company records, databases , and filing systems.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
