Your new role
Responsible for daily inspection, facility and inventory management and admin supplier management.
Formulate visitor rules and manage related on-site visitor registration, meeting room, access card and other records.
Responsible for staff health & safety coordination, travel arrangement and travel/visitor visa applications.
Manager accommodations and allocations for UK projects and employees/staff
Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager/supervisor.
Responsible for on-site vehicle management, including, coordination of usage, maintenance scheduling and registration tracking
What you'll need to succeed. Bilingual Mandarin and English are essential; all on-the-job training is provided.
