Dovetail and Slate is working with a leading training provider to recruit an Advanced Technical Trainer - Construction Plant in Cheshire East. If you have industry expertise in construction plant maintenance and a passion for passing on your knowledge, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact!
What You'll Be Doing:
🔹 Deliver engaging, hands-on training in construction plant maintenance and repair.
🔹 Guide learners through real-world scenarios, teaching industry-standard techniques.
🔹 Assess and track student progress to ensure they are job-ready.
🔹 Foster a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
🔹 Work with modern equipment and excellent training facilities.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Level 3 qualification in Construction Plant Maintenance or a related field.
✔️ Strong industry experience as a Construction Plant Engineer, Technician, or similar.
✔️ A teaching or assessing qualification (desirable but not essential - full training provided).
✔️ A passion for mentoring and developing future professionals.
✔️ Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
