Aerospace Sales Representative
Location: Leeds-based (UK-wide travel)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £60k OTE

We’re recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised distributor of industrial and construction supplies, seeking an Aerospace Sales Representative to drive growth and maintain key relationships across the UK aerospace sector.
This role suits someone with a background in aerospace, aviation, or aircraft repair and a passion for sales. You’ll be supporting existing clients while developing new business opportunities. After a full onboarding and training period, flexible working may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with aerospace and aviation customers
Deliver against a defined sales strategy and exceed targets
Support customer onboarding and quality processes
Respond to RFPs and RFQs promptly and professionally
Oversee inventory, order processing, and logistics
Inspect aerospace components and hardware kits to customer specs
Carry out local deliveries using a company vehicle
Maintain high standards of safety, sustainability, and housekeeping
What We’re Looking For
A full UK driver’s licence and ability to meet company driving standards
An associate degree in Business/Marketing or 2+ years’ relevant experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing multiple tasks
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to travel as required
Comfortable with hands-on and physical tasks
