Aftersales Manager - North Wales Area
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Aftersales or Service Manager to oversee the service, parts, and customer care operations at my client's dealership in the North Wales area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in automotive aftersales, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day running of the aftersales department
Lead and motivate the service and parts team
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Drive profitability and achieve departmental targets
Monitor performance and implement improvement plans
Requirements:
Previous experience in an automotive aftersales role
Strong leadership and communication skills
