Job Role: Agricultural Engineer
Money: £45,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Paid Travel
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Shifts: Monday to Friday | Optional On-Call
Overtime Paid at Time and a Half

We’re currently seeking a skilled Agricultural Engineer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about agricultural machinery, enjoy working independently, and want a role that offers both stability and career growth — we want to hear from you!
What the successful Agricultural Engineer will receive:
Company van + fuel card
Paid travel time
Overtime at 1.5x hourly rate
Bonus scheme
Monday to Friday work – no mandatory weekends
Optional on-call rota

About this Agricultural Engineer Role:
Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment
Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
Working both on-site and in the field.
Delivering high-quality service to ensure maximum machinery uptime for clients
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as an agricultural, plant, or heavy machinery engineer
NVQ in Land-based Engineering or similar is advantageous
Strong fault-finding and mechanical skills
Full UK driving licence (required)
A proactive and customer-focused approach
