Job Description
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients who are currently recruiting for a Agricultural Management Consultant to join their team based in Bury St Edmunds on a full time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing management and strategic advice to an established, diverse range of Estates and Farming clients throughout the East and Southeast of England.
* Identifying diversification projects.
* Developing your own portfolio through the newly created Future Farming Resilience Fund
* Utilising some of the most progressive tools in the industry to dig deeper into your clients’ opportunities.
* Preparing financial evidence on which to base your advice
* Researching and advising on rural grant funding and subsidy schemes
* Benchmarking business performance and provision of associate advice
* Liaising with professional, industry stakeholders
Person Specification:
* Somebody who understands business management.
* Good with numbers.
* Farming knowledge.
* Completed a degree.
