Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a company who value their staff and offer extensive benefits?
My client, a leading FM business are recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer in the Bradford or Burnley area. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be carrying out maintenance of new and existing AC/HVAC systems, as well as carrying out PPM and Reactive maintenance on HVAC appliances.
Air Conditioning Engineer Remuneration
* £30,000 - £34,000

Air Conditioning Engineer Duties
* Maintaining new and existing building AC/HVAC services.
* Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on HVAC appliances.
* Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding.
* Out of hours call out rota
* Conducting routine PPM tasks in accordance with the SGF20 framework
Air Conditioning Engineer Requirements
* Refrigeration or Air conditioning qualification (e.g. NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air conditioning or Small Refrigeration)
* Based near Bradford or BurnleyBefore You Apply
