Responsibilities and Duties:
The Air Conditioning Engineer installs, maintains, and repairs various air conditioning systems, working independently or in a team to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient service. Responsibilities and Duties include: installing AC systems/components per specifications; reading/interpreting technical drawings; installing piping, ductwork, and wiring; ensuring installations meet standards; performing routine maintenance; conducting system inspections; diagnosing system faults; repairing/replacing parts; performing emergency repairs; testing and commissioning systems; making performance adjustments; providing client service; explaining technical issues; adhering to safety regulations; ensuring compliance; and maintaining work records.
Qualifications and Experience:
Refrigeration and AC qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3). Valid F-Gas certification. Proven experience as an AC Engineer. Full UK driving licence.
