Position: Air Export Operator
Location: Colnbrook
Salary £35,000
Hours: Monday
Contract: Permanent | Full Time - 42.5 hours/week
Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off

Air Export Operator Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate collections for start-to-finish export shipments
Complete accurate customs declarations
Liaise with UK clients, overseas agents, and international customers
Obtain spot rates from airlines and complete bookings via WebCargo
Monitor shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring timely updates
Handle amendments and manage dangerous goods (DG) shipments
Process documentation, including POEs
Generate client invoices and ensure proper billing proceduresExperience Required:
Previous experience in air freight exports is essential
Confident in dealing with clients and overseas agents
Working knowledge of customs processes, WebCargo, and DG handling
Excellent communication and organisational skills
