Job Description
AMADA TURRETT PUNCH PRESS OPERATORS - Mornings and Afternoons
Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for a Punch Operators for our manufacturing client in the Oldbury area.
Duties:
* Operating a Amada punch machine
* Reading and interpreting drawings
* Undertake all aspects of creating part drawings
* Selecting correct tooling for each job
* Working with thin gauge materials typically between 0.7mm to 3.0mm aluminium, stainless steel.
* Working to standard operating procedures
* Responsible for checking quality of parts produced
* Perform other duties as required by Supervisor/Manager
Requirements
* Experienced CNC Punch Operator, ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Hours: Monday – Friday 06.00 am - 14:00 pm and 14.00 pm - 22.00 pm
