The responsibilities of the AOI Technician will include:
Operating 2D and 3D AOI machines to inspect PCB assemblies
Validating first-off and full batch builds against IPC and J-STD standards (Levels 2 & 3)
Documenting inspection results and process faults
Interfacing with engineers for inspection feedback and process improvements
Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings for orientation and build conformance
Recording production data using computer-based systems
We are looking for an AOI Technician who:
Has experience with AOI equipment and a strong eye for detail
Understands and can work to IPC standards
Is comfortable reading technical drawings
Has experience working in a manufacturing or electronics environment
Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to quality
Bonus if you have experience with AOI programming, SMT rework, or X-ray inspection
