From initial enquiry through to solution delivery, you'll ensure the customer journey is smooth, informed, and aligned with both commercial and engineering goals. Key Responsibilities *Qualify and manage new customer enquiries (commercial and technical) *Support the creation of detailed quotations and proposals *Maintain accuracy of technical documentation *Coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering and commercial teams *Represent the company at industry exhibitions and on customer visits *Leverage tools like LinkedIn and technical databases to evaluate customer potential *Provide integration support on mechanical, electrical, and thermal system aspects *Offer strategic input to product development What You'll Bring *Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) *Strong technical curiosity and attention to detail *Experience delivering complex technical solutions end-to-end *Independent, accountable, and proactive working style *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Organised and process-driven approach *Familiarity with Python or technical tool development (desirable) *Adaptability to a dynamic, evolving commercial landscape *Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel internationally Desirable Experience *Aerospace or automotive background (especially Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers) *Experience with electric motors, controllers, or propulsion systems *Background in developing internal systems or tools To apply for this role or for more information, please get in touch with Jamie Birch
