Architect Job based in Brighton, East Sussex
Architect job in Brighton joining an award-winning practice that, due to recent success, has taken on several new residential projects - they would also consider experienced Architectural Technologists. Offering a salary of up to £38,000 - £43,000 plus benefits.
The practice is an employee-owned trust that has been established for over 5 decades, operating across 2 offices. The office is based in the centre of the city with a team that work across a broad range of sectors. The team prides itself on its client-focused approach.
Role & Responsibilities
Managing projects and the project resources
Production of design and technical drawing packages
Using Revit daily
Working with the team in a collaborative manner
Reporting to senior/associate members of staff
Meeting with clients/stakeholders/contractors when needed
Attending site visits when required.Required Skills & Experience
3 to 5 years post-part III UK experience
Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to this role
Experience working on UK residential projects is essential
Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve deadlines
Good understanding of the UK building regulations
Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.What you get back
