They are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Architectural Technicians to work on a range of high-profile projects for their offices based in Ashford

Team incentivesDuties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
Produce tender and working drawing packages using AutoCAD
Produce and submit building regulation and planning applications
Take the lead on commercial projects, managing them from inception through to completion
Undertake site visits and ensure compliance and high quality is achieved
Work alongside clients, contractors and other multidisciplinary authoritiesRequirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
Relevant degree within Architecture
Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficient with AutoCAD
Background in working on projects within the commercial sector
Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
