This growing architectural practice, set in a picturesque rural location near Warrington, is looking for a detail-driven Architectural Technician or Technologist to support the delivery of a busy and varied project pipeline. Located in a converted barn with excellent commuting access and free on-site parking, the office offers a modern, flexible approach to working life, including early finishes on Fridays and hybrid working. Leading and coordinating technical delivery on projects

Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations
Managing workload independently and supporting junior staffIdeal Candidate
Architectural Technician/Technologist with substantial years UK industry experience
Proven technical construction knowledge
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Revit experience preferred (training offered)
Familiarity with SketchUp is a bonus
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and standards
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to lead small teams and meet project deadlines
