Salary: £35,000 - £52,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading practice who deliver high quality design services across a range of sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologists to work within the team that delivers medium to large scale multi-unit residential schemes from £5M - £100M+
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice as well as needing to have obtained a degree within Architectural Technology / Architecture. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and / or REVIT and have good up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree
*
Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
*
ACIAT or MCIAT qualification would be desirable
*
Good knowledge of current building regulations
*
Proficiency with AutoCAD
*
Strong technical skill set from RIBA stage 4 onwards
*
Proven ability to produce detailed working drawings from medium to large scale residential projects.
*
Ideally some experience working on projects for PLC housebuilders.
*
Full UK driver's license
