Experienced Architectural Technologist required to join a growing future thinking Architectural Practice located in Shipley, BD10 West Yorkshire
Our client are a small, but rapidly expanding, enthusiastic and future-thinking practice comprised of a team of architectural technologists, architects, principal designers, surveyors, retrofit experts and 3D/graphic specialists. Their work encompasses a wide variety of sectors, including:
Residential (small and large projects)
Commercial
Industrial
Retail

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be professional, have an attention to details, be positive under pressure and outcome driven, anyone with a can do attitude will do very well in this business.
Minimum 5 years practice experience.
Qualified to minimum HNC/HND and /or Degree level, MCIAT beneficial, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills & confidence dealing with the team internally & clients / consultants externally.
Well organised with great time management abilities.
Proficient in AutoCAD / Autodesk apps including Revit, good working knowledge of Microsoft & Adobe software & 3D rendering packages is beneficial.
Confident running projects from feasibility to completion, including ability to carry out consultant coordination including onsite visits.
Excellent knowledge of RIBA Stages, planning & building regulations.
Keen interest in the sustainability of buildings.
Experience in Retrofit / EnerPHit / DEA / Energy Efficiency etc. would be beneficial.
Own vehicle & willing to travel.
Ability to work as an integral part of the team & confident managing solo projects.

The successful Architectural Technologist will be offered the following :
Competitively salaried position, negotiable, dependant on experience between £30,000 - £35,000
