Area Operations Manager (Commercial Cleaning) London, United Kingdom On-site / Full-Time Permanent Role Salary Range: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in London. The Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial cleaning services, ensuring efficiency, quality and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong leadership skills, operational expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the daily operations of the commercial cleaning division. * Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality. * Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. * Manage staff schedules and assignments to meet client needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits. * Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively. * Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings. * Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure service excellence. * Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of cleaning services. * Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues and continuously improve service delivery. * Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies efficiently. * Optimise resource allocation to maximise productivity and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications and Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services is preferred.
