Our creative arts school in Ealing is seeking a Passionate Art Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive Arts department. Location: Ealing Role: Art Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 3-4, encouraging a wide range of artistic exploration.
· Inspire students to develop their skills in various artistic disciplines, fostering individual expression and creativity.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art curriculum, promoting diverse artistic pathways.
· Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art, valuing individual artistic journeys.
· Potentially lead extracurricular Art clubs or contribute to school art exhibitions, celebrating student creativity.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art media, with an understanding of diverse artistic approaches.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and expression in art.
· A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a vibrant school art community, valuing individual artistic voices.
