Asbestos Analyst or Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Greater London and the South East
Salary: £27,000 – £41,000

* £27,000 – £41,000 starting salary

The Role:
* Carrying out air monitoring and 4-stage clearances in line with HSG248
* Conducting a wide range of asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition) to HSG264 standards (optional)
* Working on a mix of commercial, industrial, and residential sites, mainly across London and the South East
* Occasional overnight stays required
What They're Looking For:
* BOHS P403 and P404 qualified (or RSPH equivalent)
* Based within a 1.5-hour drive of the M25
* Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and industry best practices
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Clear, professional communication and excellent record-keeping
