Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in the Greater London area looking to enhance your career within the asbestos industry? Requirements:
BOHS P402 qualified
Full UK Driving Licence
Familiarity with tablet-based applications, including systems like Teams
Basic knowledge of the building trade or construction industry
Exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct all types of asbestos surveys across Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial properties and sites
Gather site data using the industry-leading Teams software system
Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and a solid understanding of industry-specific legislation
Confidently liaise with clients, representing the company in a professional manner
Provide specialist consultancy advice, addressing technical queries with confidence
