Asbestos Surveyor - Watford
Up to £35000 + Benefits including a company van
Our client is recruiting an experienced asbestos surveyor to become a part of their multi-disciplinary consultancy due to their successful growth and contract wins over the recent months. They are looking for an asbestos surveyor in and around the London area to work on various sites. Key Responsibilities:
As an asbestos surveyor, your main duties include identifying and evaluating asbestos-containing materials during site surveys for management, refurbishment, and demolition projects. Meeting deadlines, ensuring client satisfaction, and working collaboratively in a team or independently with enthusiasm are vital aspects of this role. Adherence to UKAS legislation and industry guidelines is mandatory.
Required Experience:
BOHS P402 Qualification (Additional qualifications welcome)
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an asbestos surveyor (Trainee roles are also available)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in IT and software, including Microsoft Teams
