Job Title: Aspiring Teacher (Graduates) Location: Sleaford Salary Range: £100 - £130 per day (Depending on experience) Start Time: After Easter 2025 Contract: Daily Supply  Are you a recent graduate with a passion for teaching and looking for a stable yet fulfilling role? About the Role As an Aspiring Teacher in Sleaford, you will cover classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring continuity of learning. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing support to students across different subjects. Whether you’re a graduate eager to get started in teaching or someone looking for variety, this is a rewarding and stable opportunity. Responsibilities for an Aspiring Teacher: Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects according to pre-set plans. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment. Support students with their learning and ensure they remain on task. Mark work where required and provide constructive feedback. Report any issues or concerns to the relevant staff members. Requirements of an Aspiring Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to adapt to different subjects and age groups. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
