Assembly Operative – Part Marking & Packing
Salary: Up to £27,500 per annum
Location: Near Uxbridge, West London
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am to 5pm. Friday 8am - 12pm.
Interview Process: 1-stage interview

We’re recruiting for a detail-focused Assembly Operative to join a world-class manufacturing business near Uxbridge. Working within the aerospace sector, you’ll play a vital role in part marking, packing, and preparing highly engineered safety-critical components for dispatch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working with precision and structure in a clean and regulated environment.

Assembly Operative Responsibilities:
Mark components and sub-assemblies using ink stamps and laser systems
Apply serial numbers, batch identifiers, and traceability information
Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions
Pack and label products correctly, preparing them for internal and external dispatch
Conduct basic visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
Record data accurately and ensure work aligns with company procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an assembly, packing or warehouse environment
Able to read and follow engineering drawings or job travellers
Comfortable using hand tools and measuring gauges
Good understanding of basic health and safety principles
Competent with basic admin tasks and confident using computers
