Job Description
Accept Recruitment are currently looking for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in LE9, Desford. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on, light assembly work in a stable, long-term role.
You’ll be working in the assembly department, focusing primarily on manual tasks such as syringe gluing and product assembly for bespoke point-of-sale display units found in major UK retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gluing and assembling components by hand using syringes
* Working with plastic and cardboard display units
* Following clear instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality assembly
* Rotating across various basic tasks depending on production needs
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Preparing items for packing or dispatch as required
What We’re Looking For:
* Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Ability to carry out light manual work while standing
* Willingness to learn and rotate across tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
* Friday: 07:00 – 15:30
* £12.21ph
