All Square Recruitment are recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of an established and growing client based in Colchester, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking long-term work with progression potential in a supportive and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a full time, temporary to permanent opportunity.
Assembly Operative - Role/Responsibilities:
* Reading technical drawings
* Working to specifications
* Assembling parts using hand and power tools
* Working with others to create an efficient production process
* Manual handling - Some heavy lifting involved
* Full training and induction
* Working in a manner to ensure the safety of others at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar assembly or production role (preferred)
* Confidence using hand and power tools
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
* Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Punctual, reliable, and motivated to learn
* Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
Assembly Operative Shift details
Monday to Friday (Weekday and Saturday Overtime available - Up to £18.78 per hour!)
7am till 3:30pm (Early and Late shifts may be available)
£12.53 to £14.53 per hour PAYEBefore You Apply
