Location: Rainham, Essex RM13
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: £12.21 Per Hour
Shifts: Mon-Fri (8:30am - 4:30pm)
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Assembly Support Operative to work in the Rainham Essex RM13 area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the assembly line operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly of products according to specifications and quality standards.
Operate and maintain assembly line equipment.
Perform quality checks on assembled products.
Ensure the assembly area is clean and organized.
Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Consolidate stock, to maintain and manage space.
Restock assembly cells with purchase stocks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Working Conditions:
Standing for extended periods.
Working in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to noise and machinery.
