Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and supporting our finance team.

Description
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Process invoices and manage payment processes. (Purchase and Sales)
Maintain financial records in accordance with company policy and legislation.
Assist with the preparation of year end accounts
Undertake Balance Sheet Reconciliations and review of P&L
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure financial compliance.
Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Collaborate with the finance team in managing tax filings.
Contribute to team efforts in improving financial processes and systems.Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
A qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A sound understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
