About the Role:
As Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager, you'll work alongside the Bar Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of both the bar and restaurant. Whether you're overseeing a buzzing Friday night service or a relaxed Sunday roast, you’ll be hands-on, setting the standard and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support the Bar Manager in all aspects of bar and restaurant operations

✅ Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control
✅ Assist in implementing promotions, seasonal events, and special offers
✅ Handle customer feedback professionally and positively
✅ Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
As Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager, you’ll be central to the daily experience of our guests and team.
What We’re Looking For:
🔸 Previous experience as a bar or restaurant supervisor or Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager
🔸 Great communication and leadership skills
🔸 Strong product knowledge—cocktails, wines, spirits, and food service
🔸 A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach
🔸 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
🔸 A Personal Licence is a plus, but not essential
