We are recruiting an Assistant Boutique Manager to join the prestigious flagship location in Cheltenham for a renowned lifestyle brand celebrated for craftsmanship, quality, and timeless style.

What You'll Lead & Deliver:
Support the Boutique Manager in all aspects of flagship boutique leadership, operations, and performance
Lead by example on the shop floor, coaching and guiding the team in delivering personalised clientelling and VIP experiences
Champion a luxury environment - from visual presentation to service touchpoints - ensuring every visit exceeds expectations
Drive commercial success, confidently owning store KPIs and responding swiftly to trade insights
Take the lead on key operational tasks including scheduling, stock management, and supporting P&L responsibility
Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent, ensuring the team is motivated and high-performing
Collaborate closely with head office to maintain brand standards and share valuable customer insights
What We're Looking For:
Strong Assistant Manager or senior supervisory experience in a luxury boutique, premium hospitality, or VIP service environment
Deep understanding of clientelling, CRM, and building long-term customer loyalty
A confident people leader with excellent coaching, communication, and team development skills
Commercially sharp, confident in making decisions and driving boutique performance
