Job Description
SparkEd Recruitment are looking for an Assistant Head to start employment in September 2025 in an excellent primary school based in East London.
You will be required to:

Lead strategy and delivery across EYFS and KS1, with a focus on Phonics, Early Reading, and Writing
*
Be the driving force behind our new nursery provision, attracting and welcoming new families to our school
*
Model outstanding classroom practice as an EYFS teacher and support staff to achieve the highest standards
*
Work closely with an experienced and driven SLT, supporting whole-school improvement and pupil outcomes
*
Raise the school’s profile and pupil numbers by collaborating on marketing, community engagement, and showcasing the school's strengths.
