Assistant Manager – Automotive Service Centre
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
We are seeking a confident and experienced Assistant Manager to join a successful automotive service centre in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Centre Manager in day-to-day operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service.
What’s on offer:
Basic salary up to £31,997
Uncapped bonus scheme – average earnings of £7,100 annually
5-day working week with no Sunday hours

Experience in a similar role within the motor trade
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT processes
