Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor – Main Dealership – Ipswich
Basic Salary: £31,000 + OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota
We are working with a well-established main dealership in Ipswich seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Aftersales Manager in the daily running of the service department as an Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor
Deliver outstanding customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone in your role as Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor
Allocate work to technicians, manage job progress, and ensure timely completion, showcasing the skills of a top Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor
Upsell service plans, accessories, and additional work where appropriate – a key duty for any Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor
Assist in achieving departmental targets for profitability and customer satisfaction as an effective Assistant Manager / Senior Service AdvisorRequirements:
Experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor in a main dealership environment
Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for any Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor
Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience is preferred for a capable Assistant Manager / Senior Service Advisor
