Responsibilities
* Assisting the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant activities
* Standing in for the General Manager when absent
* Day to day running of the restaurant
* Acting as the ambassador for the brand
* Diverse and adaptable approach to varying tasks
Experience and Background
* Experience within a restaurant and/or 100% “dry” environment
* Shift Supervisory or Assistant Manager experience
* A hands on approach
* First class approach to customer service
