Our client is looking for an Assistant Planner to join their independent consultancy. They are known for being involved in some of the most high-profile and complex developments across the UK, spanning large-scale mixed-use regeneration, residential, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial schemes.
Assistant Planner Responsibilities
* Assist with planning applications, appeals, and related advice
* Research planning policies and draft supporting documents
* Prepare reports, planning statements, and policy representations
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
Assistant Planner Requirements
* Relevant experience in a similar role (Desirable)
* RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline
* Excellent communication, written and verbal
* Proactive and collaborative attitude
* Full UK Driving License
