Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

With an impressive project pipeline and a reputation for delivering high-quality builds, they are now seeking a talented and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
This is an incredible opportunity to work on a £25m Office New Build project in Reading, where you will collaborate with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor and take the next step in your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in ensuring the successful commercial management of the project.
Assist with preparing and submitting monthly CVRs and detailed progress reports.
Contribute to optimising project valuations and cash flow to meet key financial objectives.
Work closely with the project team to maintain and fulfil all contractual obligations.
Gain exposure to managing final accounts for both main and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar Assistant Quantity Surveyor role, ideally with exposure to new build projects.
A strong desire to progress within the construction industry and achieve full Quantity Surveyor status.
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
