Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Reading
Company
* Regional Main Contractor based in Reading
* Variety of projects, new build, refurbishment and fit out
* Sectors include Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Education
* The company need an ambitious AQS, you will benefit from extensive support to help you become an outstanding QS
Role
* Reporting to a Commercial Manager you will be involved in multiple projects
* Involved in all commercial aspects of multiple projects from tender to final accounts
* Based in the office and on site working closely with the operational teams
* Excellent opportunity to further your career
Person specification
* Experience as an Assistant Surveyor with a construction company
* Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC
* Keen and ambitious to progress your career
* Had exposure to running all commercial aspects of projects
* Ideally worked on large construction projects
* Proven cost management abilities
