We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a high performing and multi-award winning privately owned housebuilder on a new development in March, Cambridgeshire involving the construction of 110 traditional build houses and apartments built at a pace of 50 units a year all built as a partnership scheme.
The business has an extensive pipeline of projects in South Lincolnshire and North Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas with lots of opportunities for progression due to the growth plans of the business.
You will need be an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes, managing volume housing developments with PLC housebuilders.
Our client is a successful privately owned residential developer that is cash rich, with extensive funding and investor backing with over 6,000 plots in their land bank aiming to deliver 1,000 units a year.
Salary up to £50,,000
Up To 20% Bonus Paid Quarterly
