About the role of an Assistant Site Manager
You will be working with a growing regional developer, working alongside their current team on 60 traditional build, open market units, based in Preston. They work closely with housing associations, developing long term partnerships that result in a high volume of repeat business. They maintain a low staff turnover by fostering internal career progression and promoting from within.
Responsibilities for an Assistant Site Manager
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.
Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.
Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.
Coordination and progress meetings.
Requirements for an Assistant Site Manager
A proven track record of delivery as an Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector.
You will have traditional build experience.
Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
