I have collaborated with a commercially focused building consultancy in London’s West End. We are looking to strengthen the team with the addition of an Associate Building Surveyor.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor looking for the next steps in their career. You will be given the full support of the practice and will be offered continued career progress through to full Directorship status.
My client is a commercial and industrial specialist they deliver schemes in Zone 1 & 2. Office fit out CAT A, schedules of dilapidations and refurbishment schemes are typical programmes the team undertakes. We are looking for a confident and competent professional who has proven commercial experience. You will be tasked with managing integral client relationships and external stakeholders.
You will be joining a sociable bunch; early finishes, poker nights, paddle, 5 aside football and netball are a few of the activities the group get involved with.
