This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician to join a high-performing practice with a strong focus on NHS-to-private conversion and Invisalign. With an inherited patient list, excellent private earning potential, and access to a vast referral network, this role is perfect for a dentist looking to maximise both NHS and private income while enjoying clinical freedom and ongoing professional development.
About the Position:
Full-Time/Part-Time – 3-5 days per week (flexible)
One Saturday per month required – Private-only, half-day session
£14 per UDA- 900-1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
45% split on Private work completed
Stable, inherited patient list from a relocating Dentist – strong oral health
Invisalign Experience Essential – Significant demand in practice!
Primary role focus on NHS-to-Private Conversion
Confident Itero Scanner use preferred – Ethical upselling opportunities for Invisalign & other treatments
Special interest Dentistry encouraged! – utilise all skillsets within clinic
Available to start in late May 2025About the Practice:
Modern and spacious practice (Mid-sized) – encourages clinical freedom
Mixed clinic with NHS stability and private revenue growing month-on-month
Digital X-Rays, OPG machine, Itero Scanner, R4 system
Hygienist support
Well-established practice with loyal patients and busy books
High volumes offered of Invisalign, Implants, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic and Bonding treatments
Integrated Referral Pathways – Close collaboration with other local practices
Proactive & Supportive Team – Encouraging career growth and CPD
Highly Engaged Area Manager – Transparent, supportive, and clinician-focused
