Job Description

My client, a major, highly-respected Multidisciplinary Consultancy is currently searching for an Associate Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to join their accomplished team of engineers, based in the diverse city of Bristol. Essential Criteria: - A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Geography, Environmental Management, or other similar discipline - Demonstrable experience within flood risk and drainage, including with design guidance aligned to the relevant industry standards - Demonstrable experience of managing projects within the industry - Experience of stakeholder management across the public and private sectors, with commercial knowledge and awareness - Good working knowledge of software packages, including MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, QGIS (and other GIS software), etc. It would also be beneficial for applicants for the role of Associate Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant to possess the following skills and experience: - Professional Body Chartered Membership (or proactively working to attaining Chartered Status) - Excellent communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders - Flexible and adaptable, with excellent time management skills In the diverse role of Associate Flood Risk and Drainage Consultant, you will join a team of experts within the industry. You will be encouraged to develop your career through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
