Associate Quantity Surveyor, Cheltenham
An award winning, multi-disciplinary national consultancy with global reach needs an experienced, consultancy Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its lively team in Cheltenham.
This Consultancy has 7 offices throughout England and Wales, has an excellent reputation, and is consistently growing nationally and internationally.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s Role
Based between Cheltenham and Gloucester, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving team working across Residential, Infrastructure, Housing and Education projects – amongst others.
Projects range widely in value and the role includes taking full ownership with client-facing responsibilities, as well as team leadership and management – you will be mentoring an apprentice QS.
Business development and new client outreach is a part of the role, so any previous and ongoing client relationships are very advantageous.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor
* MRICS or evidence of commitment to chartership
* Construction related degree
* A successful track record of delivering projects independently
* Enjoys being hands-on
* Pre and post cost management experience
* PQS /Consultancy background
* Preferably able to bring existing clients and contacts
