EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for an Associate Quantity Surveyor position for and on behalf of one of our clients.
The Quantity Surveyor position is for an established national consultancy and in their Leeds or Manchester office working on projects in all sectors of the built environment.
The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Valuations
* Cost reports
* Final accounts
* Client management
* Instructions
* Variations
* Contract administration
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor the role are:
* Minimum of 5 years experience.
* Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.
* MRICS ideally.
* Autonomously running projects.
* Consultancy experience.
* Major projects experience would be ideal.
