Auto Electrician – Huddersfield
£40,000 – £45,000 | Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Permanent Position | Bus & Coach Company
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Auto Electrician to join our team in Huddersfield, working for a well-established bus and coach company. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and a stable Monday-to-Friday day shift schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Carrying out electrical diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs on buses and coaches
Installing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle wiring systems, CCTV, lighting, and other onboard electrical equipment
Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and roadworthy
Keeping accurate records of work completedWhat We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an auto electrician, preferably within the bus or commercial vehicle sector
Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern vehicle electrical systems
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Auto Electrical / Vehicle Maintenance is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:
Salary between £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday – Day shifts only
